Also attending were Party Central Committee Secretary and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Đỗ Văn Chiến, Deputy Prime Minister Trần Lưu Quang and leaders of ministries, sectors and localities. Over the years, the event has brought together many organisations and individuals who actively donate and give support.
