Tiền Phong receives VPMilk's gifts for disadvantaged children

Responding to a charity campaign launched by Tiền Phong newspaper, VPMilk JSC presented gifts worth VND 300 million for disadvantaged children.

At the handover ceremony on the morning of 23 June, journalist Vũ Tiến, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tiền Phong, sincerely thanked VPMilk JSC for supporting the “Supporting the frontline against the pandemic with Tiền Phong” campaign, launched in August 2021 when the pandemic was at its height across the country.

“As the newspaper of the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union, alongside the communication tasks entrusted to us, Tiền Phong actively organises many meaningful charity activities. During the two years of the pandemic we made many contributions, notably launching ‘Supporting the frontline against the pandemic with Tiền Phong’ at the most critical time. Through it, thousands of readers and organisations contributed about VND 3.34 billion for medical equipment for doctors and patients and gifts for people,” he said.

In September 2021, answering Tiền Phong's call, VPMilk, together with People's Artist Xuân Bắc, artist Việt Hương, singer Hoàng Bách and others, ran the programme “Buy delicious VPMilk – 25% goes to disadvantaged children”.

“The pandemic has passed, but its heavy consequences remain in many areas of life. Many people are still struggling, especially schoolchildren in the northern mountains, border areas and the southwest who lack proper conditions for study and daily life. Tiền Phong will be the bridge carrying VPMilk's material support and encouragement, together with People's Artist Xuân Bắc, to the disadvantaged children who will directly benefit,” Vũ Tiến said.

On behalf of the company, Ms Trần Thị Minh presented Tiền Phong with a symbolic gift worth VND 300 million, including VND 150 million in cash and VND 150 million in products.

“On behalf of VPMilk, I sincerely thank Tiền Phong for connecting VPMilk and the artists and spreading ‘Buy delicious VPMilk – 25% goes to disadvantaged children’ to the public. Beyond bringing delicious milk to Vietnamese people, VPMilk has carried out many other meaningful charity programmes. We hope this partnership with Tiền Phong opens the way to many more,” she said.

Tiền Phong and VPMilk will soon deliver the gifts to disadvantaged children

On behalf of the newspaper and the beneficiaries, Vũ Tiến promised to arrange these meaningful gift trips with VPMilk and People's Artist Xuân Bắc soon.

VPMilk is the only milk in Vietnam to have earned the complete trust of Vietnam national team coach Park Hang-seo, who has been its brand ambassador for the past four years — proof of the quality of VPMilk's products.
