1. What is VPMILK membership?

VPMILK membership is our loyalty programme, offering special deals and benefits exclusively for VPMILK's loyal customers. Member accounts are managed and updated by phone number or email.

2. How do I become a VPMILK loyal customer?

You become a VPMILK loyal customer as soon as you make your first purchase.

To receive member benefits from VPMILK you will need to provide the following information (only the first time):

• Full name
• Phone number
• Date of birth

For later purchases, just give your phone number so VPMILK staff can help you.

3. How are membership tiers assigned?

You move up a tier immediately once you reach the required cumulative spend.

Tiers are based on your cumulative spend in the year:

• MEMBER: under VND 1 million
• Silver: VND 1 million to under 5 million
• Gold: VND 5 million to under 10 million
• Diamond: VND 10 million and above

4. How is my spending recorded?

When buying online via the website, Fanpage or Zalo, please log in or give the phone number registered with VPMILK so your spending is recorded automatically.

Note: spending is only recorded against one phone number — the one registered for VPMILK membership.

For exchanges or returns, your cumulative spend goes up or down immediately by the amount paid.

5. What are the benefits?

Silver members:

• 5% off every purchase (up to VND 100,000)
• Double reward points on purchases in your birthday month
• 100 bonus points when you move up a tier

Gold members:

• 7% off every purchase (up to VND 140,000)
• Double reward points on purchases in your birthday month
• 200 bonus points when you move up a tier

Diamond members:

• 10% off every purchase (up to VND 200,000)
• Double reward points on purchases in your birthday month
• 300 bonus points when you move up a tier

Other member-only programmes and offers will be sent to you by SMS.

Note: if a member places no order for 45 days, the system automatically moves them down one tier.
